Forabeli partners with amazon’s fulfillment center to lower shipping costs while fast tracking orders. Amazon’s fulfillment center stores, pick, pack and ship our products through different carriers providing a fast and smooth flow of handling orders until it reaches your destination.
All products are replenished every month to ensure that the freshest and high-quality products are delivered to your doors. If in case you have received an expired bottle, we guarantee a full refund or a replacement according to our applicable terms and conditions.
CANADA SHIPPING IS PROVIDED BY CANADA POST, UPS, FEDEX, and AMAZON.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING IS PROVIDED BY USPS, UPS, FEDEX, CANADA POST, and AMAZON.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS PROVIDED BY CANADA POST or DHL.
All orders are shipped by express delivery services. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid mailing address on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your shipping rate prior to checkout.
Transit time does not begin until your package leaves the shipping carrier's facility and does not include weekends or holidays. Forabeli reserve 24 hours from placing an order to processing before package to pick up by a courier. Please plan your orders to allow extra time for possible unexpected delays.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 6 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
2nd day and next day purchases placed by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do ship internationally. Flat-rate shipping of $25 for international orders.
DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS, OTHER FEES
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (vat). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied. Hence, US and Canada orders don't have to pay for duties.
Forabeli Beauty is not responsible for, nor can offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when forabeli beauty has shipped your order. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Forabeli Beauty is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. All shipments require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package. If you would like to waive the right to a signature you can do so by contacting the delivery company, however, this will, in turn, waive any insurance on your package from Forabeli Beauty be aware if you have given permission for the delivery company to waiver a need for a signature in the past. Please contact the delivery company directly for any questions regarding shipping.
If you order products that we do not have in stock, our team will notify you and refund you for that product immediately after proper coordination.
DAMAGED or MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Forabeli Beauty reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from customer service.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without prior notice.
If you would like to return an item, you must notify Forabeli Beauty within seven (7) days of your order being delivered and obtain a return authorization number. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded for the items authorized for return. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued.

if a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address (not including a building or suite number) or an oversight on the purchaser's behalf (errors in the products selected), shipping & handling fees will apply. in the event that a return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping fee. once the item(s) are returned, please allow twenty-four (24) hours for re-processing.Contact Us!
READ PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.
When starting with a new adhesive there is a learning curve. Not all adhesives behave the same and should not be treated the same. Even the most experienced technician will have to learn how to work with any new adhesive they encounter. Retention issues are usually the result of technicians failing to use the product correctly or not using enough. With adhesives of a thinner consistency, it is recommended to use more adhesive. A small bead should be seen at the bottom of the classic lash. Please always use a hygrometer in your lash room to ensure humidity requirements are met. Temperature and humidity will both cause retention issues.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
